2012 Township Road Program

Summer 2012: The Township will be repairing Kirk Road between Garnet Mine Road and approximately Woodsview Drive. Road closures and detours are anticipated; additional information will be provided at a future date. Additional roads may be added.

Area Roadwork

Ongoing: Evergreen Drive between Franklin Drive and Aldan Avenue/Conchester Road remains closed for the ongoing Costco project, which includes the relocation of Evergreen Drive in this vicinity. This closure is currently anticipated to extend into October.

April 2012: Additionally, as part of the Costco approval, the developer will be repairing Conchester Road between Baltimore Pike (Route 1) and Aldan Avenue/Evergreen Drive. The Township will be partnering with the developer to repair a small portion of Aldan Avenue as well. Road closures and detours are anticipated; additional information will be provided at a future date.

PennDOT Improvements

Summer 2012: Within Concord Township, PennDOT is currently scheduled to repair Valleybrook Road between Concord Road and Baltimore Pike, and Ivy Mills Road between Concord Road and Valleybrook Road.
