Administration Department
The Administration staff is responsible for a variety of executive, administrative, and specialized functions serving Township staff and citizens.


Township Manager / Secretary
Currently in Concord Township, the Township Manager also serves as the Township Secretary.

The Township Manager is appointed by Township Council and serves as the chief administrative officer of government and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Township.  The Manager is responsible for implementing the policies, resolutions and ordinances adopted by Council and is responsible for Township staff, departments and activities.

The Township Secretary is appointed by Township Council and serves as secretary to Council and is keeper of the Township Seal.  The Secretary is the witness to official actions taken by Council, maintains and publishes a calendar of public meetings, is the custodian of records and minutes, and performs other functions as directed by Council.

Assistant Township Manager
The Assistant Township Manager is designated by the Township Manager and assists with duties of the Township Manager.
