Right to Know Law / Open Records Policy

Pennsylvania’s Act 3 of 2008, the “New Right to Know Law”, took effect on January 1, 2009.
Resolution No. 74-2008, adopted by the Concord Township Board of Supervisors on December 2, 2008, sets forth Concord Township’s Open Records policy.
*Please note: The Right-to-Know (RTK) law governs release of records, not answering questions. Make sure when you file a RTK request, you are seeking records and not just asking questions.*
Right-to-Know requests must be sent or delivered to the Open Records Officer.
