SNOWMAN / SNOW CREATION CONTEST
Runs through March 31, 2020
Throughout Concord Township
The Annual Snowman / Snow Creation Contest runs until the end of March. All ages are welcomed and encouraged to participate in Concord Township's snow creation contest. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Most Creative. Winners will be presented at a Township Council spring public meeting.

EASTER EGG HUNT
April 4, 2020 @ 11 a.m.     EVENT CANCELLED
Park & Rec Building - 40 Bethel Road
The Easter Bunny arrives annually via fire truck. Have the children bring their baskets to participate in the egg hunt. Enjoy snacks, crafts, and more.
Egg hunt begins at 11:15 a.m. SHARP. (Rain Date: April 5 @ 1 p.m.)

SUMMER AMUSEMENT TICKETS
Memorial Day through Labor Day
Township Municipal Building - 43 S. Thornton Road
Due to COVID-19, the 2020 Summer Ticket Program has been temporarily suspended. 

Sold during the summer months, discount amusement and attraction tickets are available for purchase at the Township Municipal Building during normal business hours.

NIGHT AT THE MOVIES
July 25, 2020 @ Dusk     (NEW DATE)
Township Park on Smithbridge Road
Concord Township’s Movie Night is a free, fun-filled night outdoors watching a movie on the big screen. Bring your blanket or chair. Concessions will be sold.
(Rain Date: TBD at Dusk)
The 2020 movie will be:  Star Wars: Rise of the Skywalker (PG-13)

SUMMER CONCERT SERIES
In a partnership with Darlington Arts Center, Concord Township presents the 2020 Summer Concert Series:

CONCORD COMMUNITY DAY
September 12, 2020 @ 6:30 p.m.
Township Park on Smithbridge Road
In 2020, a modified version of Community Day will take place due to Coronavirus precautions and gathering limitations.
Music will be performed by Paul Downie & Friends and Fireworks at Dusk. (Rain Date: September 19th)

SENIOR CITIZEN EXPO
October 8, 2020 - from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon     EVENT CANCELLED
BYC Gymnasium - 41 S. Thornton Road
Over 80 exhibitors from state agencies and local organizations, businesses, and clubs are on hand to share their expertise and information on important senior services and issues. Refreshments are served and many door prizes are awarded throughout the day.

DOG COSTUME CONTEST
October 24, 2020 @ 1 p.m.
New Dog Park on Smithbridge Road
Prior to the start of the Harvest Festival, there is a separate Halloween Costume Contest for dogs.

HARVEST FESTIVAL
October 24, 2020 – from 1-3 p.m.
Township Park on Smithbridge Road
In 2020, a modified version of the Harvest Festival will take place due to Coronavirus precautions and gathering limitations.
This FREE annual festival held in October will include a Halloween costume parade and a "take-home" pumpkin decorating contest for children. There will be music and light concessions will be available for purchase.

Children’s Halloween Costume Parade starts @ 2:00 p.m.

Due to COVID, the 2020 Festival will not include a baked goods contest.

CONCORD CELEBRATES THE HOLIDAYS
December 4, 2020 – 6-8 p.m.
Concord Community Center – 45 Thornton Road
Celebrate the holidays with Concord Township. Enjoy cookies and milk, holiday games and crafts.

Santa will visit and will be available to hear wishes and take photos.
